17 month old female Tuxedo Cat

Please read carefully;

I've been agonising over this for ages now and shed so so many tears and feel very guilty because I don't want to but ultimately I have to do what's best for her and for my son.

I need to find a new home for my Oreo. She's a 17 month old tuxedo cat and the most loveable, affectionate cat you'll meet. She loves her cuddles and pets and will lay on/next to you for hours on end. Unfortunately since my older cat passed away she hasn't had a cat friend to play with and I just do not have the time to give her the time or attention she deserves, especially with my current health issues. My son also isn't her biggest fan so it would be selfish of me to keep her. I would love her to go to a home where she is loved by everyone in the house 100% of the time and preferably someone who also has another cat so she can have another play friend.

She's amazing with kids and loves to be cuddled by them, my son just isn't a fan like he isn't a fan of most animals (aside from fish apparently).

Some things to note:
-I will not let her go to just anyone. She is my baby and I want the perfect home for her where she can remain for the rest of her life.
-She is an indoor cat and has never been outside so she will need to remain an indoor cat.
-SHE IS NOT microchipped, neutered or vaxxed (something which is entirely my fault as she's an indoor cat and I keep meaning to make the right appointments but always fail to actually book after enquiring) so these WILL need to be done by whomever she goes to.
-She has a unique white patch on one of her legs, this is a new mark following surgery she had to fix a broken leg in May.

Lastly, I absolutely DO NOT want any money for her. It would be selfish of me to ask for such especially considering all of the above.

She will come with; food and water bowls (see attached photos for the type I mean), carrier, cat tower, any leftover biscuits and pouches as well as any remaining toys and in-date treats that she hasn't destroyed.
